Our Story
Growing Up Between Languages
Our founder comes from a family of immigrants who ran into language and communication barriers again and again in daily life — including housing. Watching capable people struggle to be understood, in moments as important as where they live, left a lasting mark. Clear communication should never be the thing that stands between a family and a fair answer.
Lessons From Service
Serving in the U.S. Navy, our founder experienced those same communication struggles firsthand while forward deployed. When people who work hard and follow the rules still can't get through, the problem isn't them — it's the tools. That conviction came home from deployment too.
An Owner Without a Playbook
As a rental property owner, our founder dealt with difficult renter situations without good tools or guidance — and learned how alone owners can feel when things go wrong. Property management software rarely tells you what to do next. It should.
